Facility Use Requests
The Henry Hudson Regional School District encourages community use of school facilities when such use is in the public interest, does not conflict with school activities, and is not detrimental to the purpose of schools. Residents, staff members and community groups can make facility use requests by following the steps included in the Facility Usage Application Package.
By submitting a request, you are agreeing to the Board of Education Policy and Regulation 7510 with respect to Use of School Facilities as well as the following requirements. Click to review Policy and Regulation.
All facilities are designated non-smoking and alcohol of any kind is strictly prohibited.
School groups and programs are given priority usage of all District facilities. Granting use of a facility is at the sole discretion of the Henry Hudson Regional School District. The Henry Hudson Regional School District reserves the right to cancel use of a facility, should a conflict with school programs develop or, as a result of inclement weather. The user of a facility is responsible for any damage related to the use of such a facility.
An estimation of rental fees and/or personnel charges will be provided with the approved permit and must be paid at least 1 week before the date of the event. The District reserves the right to bill for additional cost of staff, services or damages after the event occurrence.
Applications will NOT be processed without a signed Application, signed Hold Harmless Agreement, and a valid Certificate of Insurance.
